Intriguing Lifestyle Of This 90 Years Old Woman

Some people are blessed with longevity while others live but a short time on earth. Similarly, some are endowed with perfect health that they hardly fall sick while others live on drugs. .For the subject of our discussion, it is a combination of both longevity and sound health. And it was a rare combination. Her name is Keziah. According to her, she was born on August 12th 1930. His father was one of the first Christian converts in her community. And bcs of that she went to school. She attended school up to standard six. She taught in both nursery and primary school. And also worked as a trainee nurse. As a trainee nurse, she worked under the supervision of a British woman. She got married in 1956 at the age of 26. At that age, she was considered too old to get married. Hence, his husband 's brother discouraged his brother from marrying her. But her husband according to her, insisted that it must be her or no one else. At that period, girls got married at age 15. Thus, she was 11 years behind."She wouldn't give you children," her husband's brother had told his elder brother. But because her husband loved her, he told her everything people said to make him not to marry her. But against their prediction, she gave birth to a baby boy two years after they got married.. Her husband was so happy. "You married a hag," many people had told him. Many people had mocked her until she became pregnant.. After her first child was born, he gave birth to five other children. So she bore two girls and four boys. Today all her children live in the cities. And they had begged her to come to the cities but he declined. However, she had lived in many cities before. But when Biafran civil war sent her and her husband to their native home, she decided she was done with city life. And since then, she has been at her native home. Her husband died in 2011. And after the mourning period was over, her children put more pressure on her to come with them but he remained as resolute as ever. The intriguing, amazing and interesting things about her are that at 90 years: 1. She does not wear glasses 2. She lives alone in her husband's house. 3. She doesn't fall sick. 4. She stopped talking drugs in 1970. 5.. She doesn't take any bottled or canned drinks 6. She takes only water 7.. She still read Igbo Bible and sings Ekpere na Abu (Ancient & Modern) without glasses. 8. She goes to church and attend all church activities. 9. She still fast. 10. She takes no medication except blessed/holy oil and water. 11. She still goes to farm. 12. She still tends her domestic animals goat, sheep and birds. This sounds weird! Isn't it? What do you think. This has been a great puzzle to me since l interviewed her. Let me hear your opinions and comments Picture of her grandchild who visits her frequently
